In emergency we've hooked the two vents together with a hose and put a small hole at the peak of the arch. Are those alcohol parts? We use alcohol parts with gas, it's tougher n the gaskets usually can be reusable

Crushed float is an old trick to have more fuel volume in the bowl but I haven't seen that in a long time and it shouldn't be needed with todays modern pumps and huge hoses .

My dad and brother were dirt racers. We loved.when he and my brother went racing. Mom had a rule. For every dollar they spent racing related Mom, my sister and I had a fund and also got a dollar. We had a blast spending that money. Eventually bankruptcy settled in because we all know racing is not.profitable. divorce followed. :(

Your car seems to handle well but just a lot of motor issues. That hit from the night before did not help the drive shaft being torn up. Hopefully soon your car will be running good and you will be right up there again. Both of you are doing good. Just some more fine tuning. Enjoyed the racing. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

Onyx is becoming quite the Wheelman, before long he will be out running you Zach.

Really like the racing, Onyx is learning fast.. I do not like the black color. Black seems so had to see at night. So many cars are black its like follow the leader. Maybe Red. like the trucks, Anything but black. Just my opinion. If you unscrew the needle and seat all the way out, you can see what may be in the seat. easy to do and you may see the problem. Do your float bowls have fuel level windows? or holes for adjusting fuel level? Good luck
